Role Overview

As Guest Experience & Operations Manager, you’ll lead the daily operations of our Varanasi property. This is a full-spectrum role covering front desk duties, guest experience, local coordination, and on-ground reporting. You’ll serve as the property’s primary host and representative, ensuring that each guest enjoys a seamless, soulful stay. You will report directly to the Cluster Manager and collaborate with ITH’s central support teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage check-ins, check-outs, guest communication, and room allocations
- Respond promptly to booking inquiries across platforms (email, phone, WhatsApp)
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and uphold ITH service standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen,



and maintenance teams
- Maintain accurate guest records, logs, inventory, and basic reporting
- Monitor and report property issues, repairs, or escalations
- Support guest requests, rituals, or experiences hosted on the premises
- Handle basic local vendor or staff coordination where needed
- Represent the ITH brand with warmth, reliability, and accountability

Who We’re Looking For

- 3–7 years’ experience in guest services, front desk, or property operations
- Solid communication skills in English and Hindi
- Well-organised, punctual, and proactive
- Confident with basic tech tools (calendar, PMS, email, WhatsApp)
- Warm and composed personality with a genuine hosting instinct
- Comfortable working independently and holding property-level responsibility
- Prior experience in boutique stays or heritage hospitality is a plus
