KAYBA & CO. is an exclusive fashion house specializing in personal styling, bespoke event sourcing, and custom tailored upcycling. As we launch our operations, we are seeking a sharp, luxury-minded Growth Marketing Intern to assist with our client acquisition and business development.

Your sole focus will be identifying and connecting us with high-earning executives, founders, and private collectors who need premium wardrobe curation, event styling, or bridal sourcing.

The Role:

- Lead Generation: Identify high-net-worth individuals and qualified leads needing premium styling or sourcing.
- Targeted Outreach: Execute polished direct outreach and pitch materials via LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Client Pipelines: Help draft custom styling proposals and coordinate relationship follow-ups.

Requirements:

- Foundational skills in sales, lead generation, or digital outreach.




- Clear, qualified, and sophisticated writing style.
- Enrolled in or graduated from a business, fashion management, or marketing program with a deep passion for high fashion.

Credentials and Value:

Upon successful completion, you will receive an official KAYBA & CO. Internship Certification, a formal Executive Letter of Recommendation from the Founder, high-end luxury portfolio case studies, and access to a performance-based commission structure.
