About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and reliable Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Communications (MARCOM) team. The candidate will work closely with our Creative Strategist on packaging design, brand identity, rebranding, website creatives, and marketing materials for our existing and upcoming brands.

Important Location Requirement: This position is strictly for candidates currently based in Agra, Uttar Pradesh. Candidates must be available to work on-site at our Agra office. Applications from candidates based outside Agra will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Design packaging and print-ready artwork for product labels, cartons, pouches, bottles, and other packaging formats.
- Create logos, brand identities, colour palettes, typography systems, and brand guidelines.
- Design banners, product images, landing-page visuals, and other creatives for D2C and B2B websites.
- Develop creatives for pharmaceutical, OTC, nutraceutical, derma, and cosmetic brands.
- Create brochures, catalogues, presentations, exhibition materials, social media posts, marketplace creatives, and WhatsApp marketing materials.
- Convert creative briefs into high-quality designs and implement feedback within deadlines.




- Prepare print-ready artwork with correct dielines, bleed, CMYK/Pantone colours, and production specifications.
- Coordinate with printers and vendors to review proofs and maintain colour accuracy.
- Incorporate approved product information and mandatory regulatory text provided by the Regulatory/QA team.
- Maintain organised design files, templates, and a central brand asset library.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW and Canva is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Practical knowledge of packaging design, print production, dielines, bleed, and colour modes.
- Ability to create packaging mock-ups and 3D product previews.
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools for mock-ups and visual exploration.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, teamwork, and communication skills.
- A portfolio of previous design work is mandatory.

Preferred Experience: Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, FMCG, nutraceutical, cosmetics, or OTC branding will be preferred. Salary & Benefits
