Role Description The Graphic Designer will work full time in office at the Cathexis Connect studio in Bhubaneswar, collaborating closely with brand strategists, content creators, and marketing teammates. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing visual assets for digital and print campaigns, developing brand identities and logos, and creating graphics that support storytelling across social media, web, and multimedia platforms. The role involves working on typography-driven layouts, preparing design files for production, and maintaining consistency across brand guidelines.

The Graphic





Designer will participate in brainstorming sessions, present design concepts to internal stakeholders, and refine deliverables based on feedback while meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Graphic Design and Graphics for both digital and print media.
- Candidates should possess skills in Logo Design and Branding to create cohesive and memorable brand identities.
- Candidates should possess skills in Typography and layout design to craft clear, engaging, and readable visual communications.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar) is expected.
- Ability to translate creative briefs into effective visual concepts and work within brand guidelines is required.
- Solid portfolio demonstrating brand identity work, logo development, and campaign design is highly beneficial.
- Relevant education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate in an on-site team environment are key.
