We’re looking for a motivated designer to create product packaging and marketing content for a French and European clientele.
This isn’t about pure aesthetics or maximalism. Every design is driven by consumer psychology and business strategy: understanding the market, the competition, and what makes a customer choose a product.
What you’ll do
- Design product packaging from concept to print-ready files for manufacturers: dielines, dimensions, bleed, CMYK/Pantone, barcodes, labelling.
- Create social media posts, ads, and motion graphics for French and European audiences.
- Study competitors and customer needs before every project.
- Refine and adjust designs based on feedback, quickly and with a positive attitude.
Who you are
- Motivated, agile, and ready to deliver.
- Open to feedback and happy to rework designs until they’re right.
- Driven by a sales mindset: curious about what customers want and why they buy.
- Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, and a motion tool such as After Effects.
- Familiar with packaging and print files for manufacturers.
- Available for calls during European business hours, with flexibility when projects need it.
Freshers and junior designers with a strong portfolio are welcome. What we offer
- A fixed monthly salary of ₹15,500
