In.sane Labs is a Chennai-based practice in Architecture, Urban Design and Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH). Our WASH vertical designs and delivers dignified sanitation for cities, institutions and communities, from public and community toilets and school WASH programmes to restroom audits, retrofits and modular sanitation systems.

We are looking for a Growth Associate to work directly with the Founder to build and scale this vertical. You will identify and pursue opportunities with urban local bodies, government agencies, CSR teams, NGOs, multilateral partners and corporates; track tenders and CSR calls; prepare proposals, concept notes, DPR inputs and pitch decks; build and manage the client and partner pipeline; coordinate with design, engineering and fabrication partners; and set up the processes, dashboards and reporting that allow the vertical to grow.



You will also help shape our knowledge platforms, including SIT DOWN, our monthly cross-disciplinary forum on sanitation and cities.

This role suits someone with 1 to 4 years of experience in WASH, international development, public policy, CSR, Urban Development, Architecture or consulting, who writes clearly, is comfortable with numbers and enjoys turning ambiguity into action. Familiarity with the Swachh Bharat Mission, CSR frameworks or public procurement is a solid advantage.
