1. Ability to read & understand engineering drawings.
2. Will be responsible for Daily Work Management (DWM).
3. Will be Interface with suppliers for engineering development in terms of jigs/fixtures
4. Involvement in daily process troubleshooting and finding out solutions for the same.
5. Responsible for line balancing, cycle time study & work distribution
6. Involvement in improvement of overall equipment efficiency
7. productivity and quality improvement through Kaizen activities/Ideas
8. Examine the needs for training and create the suitable documents training to departmental personnel.
9. Patrol inspection as per the control plan and implementation of action plan on the failure areas
10. Involvement in implementing of Kaizens.
11. Study the process and generate Zero defect ideas. Present ideas to management on monthly basis.
