Lead and manage all subsurface investigation activities across projects while integrating modern geospatial technologies (Drone & LiDAR) to enable accurate ground assessment and data-driven construction planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute geotechnical investigations
- Interpret soil/rock data for foundation design and risk assessment
- Manage and operate investigation equipment (GPR, resistivity, seismic tools)
- Ensure calibration, maintenance, and utilization of equipment
- Collaborate with GIS/BIM teams for DTM, volumetrics, and digital models
- Prepare technical reports, dashboards, and insights for project teams
- Ensure compliance with IS codes, safety, and quality standards
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors,
and internal stakeholders
Qualifications & Experience
- B.E./B.Tech or M.Tech in Civil / Geotechnical / Geology / Geophysics
- 5–10 years of experience in subsurface investigation for infrastructure projects
Key Skills
- Solid knowledge of soil mechanics & foundation engineering
- Hands-on experience with geophysical equipment
- Exposure to Drone surveys and LiDAR data processing
- Familiarity with GIS, BIM, AutoCAD/Civil 3D
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
