Role Description The Gardener role is a full-time, in office position based in Pune City. The Gardener will be responsible for daily landscape maintenance tasks, including planting, trimming, weeding, fertilizing, and lawn care to keep gardens and outdoor areas healthy and attractive. The role involves monitoring plant health, identifying pests and diseases, and supporting irrigation system operations to ensure proper watering.

The Gardener will assist with basic garden design implementation, seasonal planting plans,



and the upkeep of pathways and outdoor fixtures. The position requires consistent coordination with supervisors and team members to complete scheduled maintenance and development projects safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Landscape Maintenance and Landscaping, with the ability to care for lawns, plants, and outdoor areas.
- Practical experience in Gardening, including planting, pruning, weeding, and general garden upkeep.
- Knowledge of Irrigation systems, including basic installation, operation, and routine checks.
- Understanding of Garden Design principles to support layout, plant selection, and aesthetic improvements.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Attention to detail, basic plant health knowledge, and awareness of common garden pests and diseases.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
- Previous experience in landscaping or gardening; vocational training or certification in horticulture is an advantage.
