We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Test Analyst / Test Engineer to support a critical greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in end-to-end test scenario design, SAP business process testing, integration testing, test data management, and defect lifecycle management.

You will collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, solution architects, and business stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage and business readiness throughout the implementation lifecycle.

? Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements, Business Process Design Documents (BPDDs), Business Design Documents, and SAPARC outputs to develop detailed test scenarios.
- Create master test scenarios and executable test scripts with preconditions, test data, expected results, integration touchpoints, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) considerations.
- Develop end-to-end test scenarios across SAP business processes, including Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Record-to-Report (RTR).
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), performance testing, Mock Go-Live rehearsals, and post-go-live regression testing.
- Manage test cases in Panaya or equivalent tools and maintain synchronization with Jira.
- Collaborate with business SMEs, Business Process Owners (BPOs), and functional teams to validate test scenarios.
- Define test data requirements and support integration testing involving APIs, EDI, middleware, webhooks, and e-commerce platforms such as Shopify DTC.
- Participate in defect triage, root cause analysis,



retesting, and test progress reporting.
- Maintain requirements-to-test-case traceability and contribute to Go/No-Go readiness assessments.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools such as Claude, Copilot, or similar solutions to improve test design efficiency and coverage.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in SAP implementation testing, with at least 2–3 years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience.
- Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology and its implementation and testing phases.
- Proven experience designing detailed end-to-end test scenarios for complex SAP implementations.
- Knowledge of SAP modules and cross-functional business processes, particularly OTC, PTP, and RTR.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Panaya or equivalent test management tools such as ALM or Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of SIT, UAT, integration testing, defect management, and risk-based testing.
- Experience with test data preparation, traceability matrices, test execution support, and regression testing.
- Familiarity with integrations involving APIs, EDI, middleware, and webhooks.
- Ability to use AI-assisted testing tools and translate complex requirements into clear, executable test scripts.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

- Experience with greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Exposure to Shopify DTC or other e-commerce integrations.
- Familiarity with Jira Rovo AI, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, and Tango or similar session-recording tools.
- Exposure to test automation and performance testing.
