Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Founder’s Office Intern who will work closely with the founders across different business functions. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on exposure to how an agency operates — from client servicing and strategy to execution and coordination.

You will act as a bridge between internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely execution, and overall project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Work closely with the founders on day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
- Assist in client servicing and manage communication across different verticals
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, performance, content) to ensure timely delivery




- Track project progress and ensure tasks are aligned with client expectations
- Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for internal and client meetings
- Support in planning campaigns, workflows, and process improvements
- Handle follow-ups and ensure smooth execution across projects

Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
- Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment

Preferred

- Candidates based in Bengaluru (preferred, though the role is remote)
- Interest in working closely with founders and understanding business operations
- Prior internship or experience in client servicing, operations, or marketing (optional)
