About the RoleFilter You is looking for a Founder’s Office Associate — a curious, driven, and resourceful individual who loves solving problems, making things happen, and figuring out how to take a business to the next level.

The role will work directly with the founders, offering a front-row seat to the world of entrepreneurship, business strategy, decision-making, and building a company from the ground up.

A Typical Day at Filter You as a Founder’s Office Associate Would Look Like

- Founder’s Right Hand: Work closely with the founders on business priorities, strategic initiatives, and day-to-day challenges. Help translate ideas into actionable plans and ensure things move from discussion to execution.
- Business Growth & • Strategy:

Research new markets, identify growth opportunities, explore potential partnerships, and contribute ideas that help Filter You expand its business and strengthen its market position.
- New Business & • Partnerships:

Support business development initiatives, identify prospective clients and collaborators, prepare pitch decks and proposals, and help build relationships that open doors to new opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Hustle: Work across different teams and functions, including strategy, marketing, creative, sales, and operations. Connect the dots, bring people together, and ensure projects move forward smoothly.
- Ideas to Execution: Take ownership of projects from start to finish. Whether it’s launching an initiative,



experimenting with a new idea, or solving an operational challenge, you’ll be responsible for driving progress and getting things done.
- Operations &

• Process Improvement:

Identify gaps, simplify workflows, improve internal processes, and help build systems that make the company more efficient as it grows.
- Research & • Insights:

Stay curious about the startup ecosystem, emerging technologies, AR/VR, the creator economy, marketing trends, and competitor activity. Bring relevant insights and fresh perspectives to the table.
- Numbers & • Business Thinking:

Help track business performance, monitor key metrics, analyse data, and turn insights into recommendations that support better decision-making.
- Special Projects: Take the lead on high-priority projects that may not fit neatly into any one department. Be ready to figure things out, learn on the go, and make things happen.

What We’re Looking For
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience. Experience in a startup, consulting, business development, operations, or a founder’s office role would be an added advantage.

- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset — someone who sees opportunities where others see problems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think logically and creatively.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong research, project management, and organisational abilities.
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture.
- A practical, hands-on approach. You don’t just come up with ideas; you find ways to execute them.
- A willingness to learn quickly, take feedback, and work independently when needed.
- The ability to work with different people, personalities, and teams.
- A good understanding of business fundamentals, with a genuine interest in startups, technology,
