We are looking for an creative and highly experienced Beverage Technologist to join our team and drive the formulation, quality, and commercialization of our luxury health drinks.

Key Responsibilities

Formulation & Product Development: Develop and refine functional beverage formulas for Core, ensuring delicious taste profiles while maintaining high bioavailability of complex active ingredients.

Ingredient Sourcing & Compatibility: Select and test top-tier, luxury-grade raw materials to ensure active ingredient stability, shelf-life integrity, and optimal solubilization without compromising texture or flavor.

Sensory & Taste Optimization: Conduct rigorous sensory evaluation, flavor masking, and texture analysis for active functional compounds.

Scale-Up & Pilot Production: Oversee pilot testing and scale-up processes with co-packers and manufacturing partners, ensuring all Core products adhere to strict quality standards.





Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure all formulas, nutritional panels, and product claims comply with relevant food and dietary supplement regulatory standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in functional beverage formulation, dietary supplement drink design, or R&D; in liquid nutrition.

Technical Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in formulating with micronutrients, liposomal or emulsified lipids (such as Omega-3s), amino acids/creatine, and sleep-support botanicals/minerals.

Sensory Knowledge: Strong understanding of flavor science, natural sweeteners, and masking technologies for bitter or metallic functional ingredients.

Quality & Commercialization: Proven experience moving products from lab bench to full-scale commercial manufacturing.
