Role Description The Founder role at Global Synctex Solutions is a full time, on-site position based in Thane. The Founder will be responsible for defining the company vision and strategy, overseeing day-to-day operations, and driving growth across product lines such as performance fabrics, uniforms, and sustainable textiles. This role includes building and managing key client relationships, leading business development and private label partnerships, and guiding product innovation and quality standards.

The Founder will supervise core functions including sales,



marketing, production, and finance, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands. The position also involves establishing organizational culture, hiring and mentoring team members, and maintaining compliance with industry and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills to guide company vision and operations.
- Experience in textiles, apparel manufacturing, or related industries, ideally including performance fabrics and uniforms.
- Business development, client relationship management, and negotiation skills to grow partnerships and revenue.
- Operational management skills, including budgeting, resource planning, and process optimization.
- Ability to drive product innovation, with familiarity in sustainable and recycled textile solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and team management.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, and willingness to take ownership in a growing organization.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Textiles, Fashion, or a related field is preferred.
