About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to manage, maintain, and optimize Human Resources Information Systems, with hands-on expertise in UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (WFM). The ideal candidate will support HR data management, system configurations, integrations, reporting, security administration, and workflow improvements in a remote, part-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and maintain UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (WFM) modules.
- Manage user access, security roles, organizational structures, business rules, tables, and configuration codes.
- Develop and maintain HR reports, queries, and dashboards using Cognos and advanced Excel.
- Support HRIS integrations with external systems, vendors, and payroll platforms.
- Review workflows, troubleshoot system issues, and recommend process improvements.
- Manage data imports, mass updates, templates, and system documentation.
- Coordinate system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and implementation activities.
- Monitor workflow execution, audit HR data, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide technical support to local system administrators and end users.
- Perform scheduled system maintenance and occasional off-hours support when required.





Required Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HRIS administration, HR data analytics, or HR data management.
- Hands-on experience administering and supporting UKG Pro and UKG Workforce Management (WFM).
- Solid knowledge of HRIS configuration, system security, workflows, and HR data governance.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with HR reporting and analytics.
- Experience with Cognos reporting, system integrations, testing, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of HR policies, procedures, payroll processes, and confidential employee information.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, collaborate across teams, and meet competing deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Oracle HCM and/or Oracle Payroll.
- Experience with cloud-based HRIS platforms, including UltiPro/UKG Pro.
- Experience with HR system implementations, upgrades, and process optimization.
