? Hiring: Finance Manager | Mumbai

At Emarat Maritime, we are building for the future. Headquartered in Dubai with offices in Mumbai and GIFT City, we are a rapidly growing ship owning company with a young fleet, an ambitious newbuilding programme, and finance operations spanning the UAE, India, and international jurisdictions.

What You'll Do

✅ Lead financial reporting, month-end closing, and consolidation activities

✅ Coordinate audits and ensure compliance across entities

✅ Manage direct and indirect tax matters in India

✅ Oversee banking, treasury operations, cash flow management, and trade finance

✅ Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis

✅ Support management with financial insights that enable strategic business decisions

✅ Work closely with teams across Dubai, Mumbai, and GIFT City

What We're Looking For

✔ Qualified CA / CMA / ACCA / M. Com





✔ 5–8 years of post-qualification experience with demonstrable ownership of a finance function

✔ Robust expertise in financial reporting, audits, and statutory compliance

✔ Hands-on experience with Indian taxation and multi-entity or cross-border structures

✔ Solid treasury and banking background

✔ Commercial mindset with strong analytical and decision-support capabilities

✔ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

? Shipping industry experience is welcome, but not essential. We value capable finance professionals who are eager to grow in a dynamic, international environment.
