About the Role

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits. The ideal candidate should be energetic, target-oriented, and comfortable with regular market visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct daily field visits to generate new leads and business opportunities.
- Identify and approach potential customers, builders, contractors, architects, dealers, and other relevant clients.
- Promote and sell Civilis Mart's building materials and products.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Generate leads through market visits, references, networking, and local market research.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with the internal team for order processing.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Maintain regular records of customer visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.




- Coordinate with the BDM and sales team to achieve overall business targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Submit daily/weekly sales and field visit reports to the reporting manager.

Qualification

- Graduate / Diploma in any relevant field. Candidates with experience in building materials, construction, hardware, sanitaryware, tiles, cement, steel, electrical, or related industries will be preferred.

Experience

- 1 - 3 Years of experience in Building Materials / Construction / Retail Industry or related industries will be preferred.
