Skills required

- Degree or equivalent, with the confidence to walk into a factory or workshop and work with owners, supervisors and shop-floor workers in Hindi and English
- Organised and reliable with physical equipment: device check-in and check-out, batteries, cards, serial-number accounting
- Basic computer skills: file management, spreadsheets, Android or GoPro-style devices
- Able to travel daily across Delhi NCR, and surrounding Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, work six-day weeks during collection windows, and stay on your feet through a 10-hour shift
- Nice to have: field research, data collection, field sales or site supervision experience; photography or video basics; two-wheeler licence

Role

You will run egocentric video collection inside real businesses such as factories, repair shops, commercial kitchens and warehouses. Workers at partner sites wear the cameras; your job is to make sure the right tasks get recorded, the devices work all day, and the footage reaches our processing team the same day. You will train business owners and their workers on the devices and the recording protocol, set up and check cameras at the start of each shift, watch throughput and quality on site and correct problems as they happen, and offload and label footage daily with site, worker, task and camera metadata.

You will work in a team of three per site,



reporting to the Delivery Operations Manager, with daily hours and issues logged in Jira. This is a six-month engagement with conversion to a permanent role when the program moves to production.

- Minimum Work Experience: Is there any minimum work experience requirement for this role? Minimum 1–2 years of experience in sales or any role involving regular human interaction
- Two-Wheeler Requirement: Since a valid two-wheeler driving license is required for this role, will the company provide a vehicle, or will candidates be expected to have their own two-wheeler?
