KGen Intelligence is building RealtorIQ — a real-estate network designed to help brokers discover more inventory, reach more buyers and grow their business.
We’re looking for a driven, field-oriented sales professional who understands the real-estate ecosystem and knows how to turn conversations into paying customers.
? WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Identify and prospect real-estate brokers, channel partners and brokerage firms across Mumbai and Navi Mumbai.
- Conduct field visits to broker offices and meet decision-makers.
- Demonstrate RealtorIQ and explain how it helps brokers grow their business.
- Understand customer requirements, handle objections and communicate the value proposition effectively.
- Own the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and product demonstrations to closing paid annual subscriptions.
- Collect payments, complete customer onboarding and ensure successful customer activation.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently work towards targets.
? WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- At least 2 years of experience in field sales, business development or B2B sales.
- Preference for candidates from Magicbricks, 99acres, Housing.com or other property listing portals, especially those who have worked with real-estate brokers and channel partners.
- Good understanding of the Mumbai and Navi Mumbai real-estate market.
- Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and meet customers in person.
- A target-driven mindset with a strong bias towards execution.
⚡ SIGNIFICANT
This is a field sales and revenue-generation role — not just a lead-generation, broker-registration or free-empanelment drive.
We’re looking for someone who can demonstrate the product, handle objections, close paying customers and drive successful onboarding.
