Legal Background not Required

If you have managed external partners who don't report to you, we want to hear from you. Examples include field agents, collection agencies, delivery or logistics partners, distributors, franchisees, freelancers or empanelled vendors. We will teach you the legal process.

Reports to: Revenue team | Experience: 2–4 years The role: You make sure the advocates we work with are the right ones. You run screening, due diligence, documentation and agreements, so every partner is verified, contracted and ready for allocation.

Responsibilities





- Define and run the empanelment process: application, screening, interview, due diligence, agreement, onboarding.
- Verify Bar Council enrolment, practice areas, court experience, references and conflicts.
- Execute vendor agreements, NDAs and data-protection undertakings. Keep records audit-ready, in line with ISO 27001.
- Onboard empanelled advocates onto the platform, SOPs and payout terms within a defined timeline.
- Keep an approved bench, including backups, for every active court and city.
- Re-verify partners periodically, and manage de-empanelment when needed.

Must have

- 3–6 years in vendor empanelment, partner onboarding or vendor compliance at a bank, NBFC, insurer, hospital network or marketplace.
- Meticulous with documentation, verification and agreements.
- Patient and persistent: you can chase paperwork without losing the partner.

Positive to have

- Experience with advocate panels, surveyors, TPAs or diagnostic labs.
- An LL.B., or familiarity with Bar Council processes.
- You might currently be: an Empanelment Manager, Vendor Onboarding Manager, Network Management Executive (insurance or healthcare) or Vendor Compliance Manager.
