Role Description The Email Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This role involves planning, creating, and executing email campaigns that support lead generation and customer engagement goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include segmenting email lists, building workflows and automations, optimizing subject lines and copy, and ensuring proper tracking of campaign performance.

The specialist will collaborate with marketing and design teams to align email content with broader digital strategies and brand guidelines.



The role also requires regular analysis of campaign metrics, testing and improving email performance, and maintaining compliance with email and data privacy regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Email Marketing Software and tools for campaign creation, segmentation, and automation.
- Experience with Marketing Automation platforms and workflows to nurture leads across the customer journey.
- Ability to use Marketing Analytics to track, interpret, and optimize email campaign performance and ROI.
- Demonstrated skills in Lead Generation through targeted email campaigns and conversion-focused messaging.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear, compelling email copy and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of email deliverability best practices, list hygiene, and compliance (e.g., consent management, unsubscribe handling).
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing or email marketing; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial.
