Job Summary

High Heads Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident, commercially driven E-commerce Manager to lead and grow our wooden home décor business across international markets. We are looking for a strong leader who can manage the complete e-commerce business, oversee multiple operational units, and drive sales, profitability, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Hands-on experience with Etsy, Amazon.in, Amazon.com, and Shopify.
- Take ownership of brand performance, online sales, and revenue growth.
- Research products and categories based on market demand, competitor analysis, pricing, and profitability.
- Optimize product listings, SEO, pricing, and conversion rates across platforms.
- Lead and coordinate production, dispatch, packaging, and accounts teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- Monitor sales performance, inventory, costs,



and profitability to identify growth opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in e-commerce and marketplace management.
- Relevant experience in wooden furniture, handcrafted products, wooden home accessories, or premium home décor.
- Experience managing high-AOV products.
- Solid product and category research skills.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple teams and make independent decisions.
- Ability to oversee production, dispatch, packaging, and accounts while ensuring operational efficiency.
