We’re Hiring: E-commerce Warehouse & Dispatch Manager

Join a fast-growing kids’ fashion business and take ownership of our e-commerce warehouse, inventory, dispatch and shipment operations.

This is a hands-on role. You should be comfortable personally executing daily tasks from the start and building, training and leading your team as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

- Personally manage warehouse operations, including inward stock, storage, picking, packing, labelling, dispatch and returns.
- Independently operate Unicommerce/Uniware, Shopify, marketplace portals such as FirstCry, Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, Flipkart and Amazon, and courier platforms such as Shipway.
- Ensure orders are dispatched within 1 day and within marketplace SLAs, keeping pending orders and breaches under control.
- Maintain accurate SKU-wise inventory across physical stock and all portals. Conduct stock checks and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with manufacturing to replenish stocks on time, follow up on production commitments and prevent stockouts.
- Manage courier pickups, manifests, handovers and dispatch records.
- Track shipments until delivery, resolve delays and delivery exceptions, and follow up with courier partners.
- Reduce RTO through timely NDR follow-ups, customer coordination, address verification and delivery reattempts.




- Manage returns and RTO stock, including QC, reconciliation and restocking.
- Handle payment reconciliation for marketplace settlements, payment gateways and courier COD remittances. Track deductions, discrepancies and pending payments with partners and the accounts team.
- Build and train the warehouse team as volumes grow. Manage packers, daily work allocation, attendance, accuracy and productivity.
- Maintain daily reports on dispatches, SLA performance, shipments, RTO, inventory, replenishment and payment discrepancies.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience independently handling e-commerce warehouse and dispatch operations.
- Strong working knowledge of Uniware, marketplace backends, courier portals and payment reconciliation.
- Positive Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Someone who can execute tasks personally, establish clear processes and build a reliable team, without constant supervision.
- Apparel or fashion warehouse experience preferred.
- An ownership mindset and the drive to grow with the business.

Working Schedule Our warehouse operates 7 days a week. The role requires on-site availability as per the roster, including weekends, and responsibility for ensuring daily operational coverage.
