Qualification: Diploma in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or ITI Draftsman Certification

Job Purpose To prepare, review, and maintain technical drawings, layouts, and design documentation for security infrastructure projects across Adani Group businesses. The role will support the implementation and maintenance of electronic security systems, surveillance infrastructure, access control systems, perimeter security solutions, command centers, and associated security projects.

Key Responsibilities

Security Infrastructure Drafting

- Prepare detailed engineering drawings and layouts for security systems including CCTV, Access Control Systems (ACS), Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS), Boom Barriers, Turnstiles, X-Ray Baggage Scanners, and Command & Control Centers.
- Develop site layouts, equipment positioning plans, cable routing drawings, schematic diagrams, and installation drawings.
- Prepare General Arrangement (GA), Single Line Diagrams (SLD), and as-built drawings for security projects.

Project Support
- Work closely with Security, Engineering, IT, and Project teams during design and project execution stages.
- Support new security infrastructure deployment and enhancement projects across group locations.
- Coordinate with OEMs, system integrators, consultants, and contractors for drawing reviews and revisions.

Documentation Management
- Maintain drawing registers, revision histories, and project documentation records.
- Ensure proper version control and archival of engineering drawings.
- Update drawings based on project modifications, site changes, and operational requirements.

Site Coordination
- Conduct site surveys and measurement verification activities.
- Prepare and update as-built drawings post-project completion.




- Support project teams in installation planning and implementation activities.

Compliance & Standards
- Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and engineering requirements.
- Adhere to applicable safety, security, and technical specifications during drafting activities.
- Support audit and compliance requirements through accurate documentation management.

Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D.
- Ability to prepare and interpret engineering and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Perimeter Security, Networking, and Physical Security Infrastructure.
- Understanding of electrical layouts, cable routing, and structured cabling drawings.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and document management systems.

Ideal Candidate Profile A drafting professional with 2–6 years of experience in preparing engineering drawings for electronic security systems, surveillance infrastructure, access control, networking, or industrial projects. Candidates with experience in CCTV, Access Control, Command Centers, Smart Infrastructure, Airport, Port, Industrial, or Corporate Security Projects will be preferred. The role requires strong AutoCAD skills, technical acumen, and the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders in a dynamic project setting.
