Role This is a full-time, on-site Dotnet Developer role based in Nagpur.

The Dotnet

Developer will design, develop, and maintain web applications and backend services using .NET technologies, following clean code and object-oriented principles.

Responsibilities include implementing current features, fixing bugs, optimizing performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The role involves integrating APIs and third-party services, ensuring application security, conducting unit and integration testing,



and participating in code reviews. The developer will also support deployment activities, maintain documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices and architecture.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Programming and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), with the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
- Hands-on experience in Software Development using .NET technologies, including .NET Core.
- Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC for building scalable, secure web applications.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript, and familiarity with RESTful APIs.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and ORM frameworks, including query optimization.
- Understanding of secure coding practices, application performance tuning, and basic cloud concepts (preferably Azure).
- Ability to work on-site in Nagpur, collaborate in a team environment, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with version control (e.g., Git), agile methodologies, and unit testing frameworks is an advantage.
- Exposure to AI/ML, mobile app development, or digital transformation projects will be considered a plus.
