Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Shillong.

The Digital Marketing

Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across social media, search, and other digital channels to increase brand visibility and engagement. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media accounts, creating and scheduling content, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing web analytics to guide improvements. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging, supporting promotional activities, and preparing regular reports on key marketing metrics.





The Specialist will also stay updated on digital marketing trends and recommend new strategies to enhance KINIHO’s online presence.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience planning and executing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content creation, scheduling, community management, and platform-specific best practices.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools to track performance, interpret data, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear writing, cross-functional collaboration, and professional client or partner interaction.
- Knowledge of SEO basics, content marketing, and paid advertising (e.g., social ads or search ads) is beneficial.
- Comfort working on-site in Shillong, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a digital marketing or similar role; a relevant diploma or degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is an advantage.
