Role Description The Digital Marketing Manager (Immediate Joining) will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation for AR GLOBAL HUB. This full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad includes managing social media channels, paid advertising, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives. The person in this role will analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and prepare reports to guide data-driven improvements.

Daily tasks include coordinating with counseling and admissions teams, overseeing website updates and SEO activities,



managing marketing automation tools, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms. The role also involves identifying new digital trends and opportunities to enhance student engagement and reach.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in digital marketing strategy, social media marketing, and campaign management.
- Candidates should possess skills in SEO, SEM, and basic website analytics to drive organic and paid traffic.
- Candidates should possess skills in content creation, copywriting, and email marketing for lead nurturing and engagement.
- Candidates should possess skills in data analysis, reporting, and use of marketing tools such as Google Analytics and advertising platforms.
- Candidates should possess skills in collaboration, stakeholder communication, and project coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in digital marketing, ideally within education, consultancy, or service-based industries, is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad, manage multiple projects, and join immediately or at short notice.
