The firm is led by a growth consultant and the author of "Growth Engine." We're a small team, so you'll work directly with the founder and shape how the brand shows up online.

About the Role

We're hiring a Digital Marketer to own our day-to-day presence on LinkedIn and YouTube. You'll do two things: start conversations with SaaS founders and growth leaders, and turn the founder's expertise into posts, videos and reels that build trust. You'll work from the founder's ideas, calls and frameworks, and handle the planning, writing, editing and publishing. The goal is a steady flow of qualified conversations that lead to consulting engagements.

What You'll Do

LinkedIn Outreach

- Build and maintain target lists of post-PMF B2B SaaS founders, CEOs and heads of growth or product
- Research prospects and write personalized connection requests and follow-ups
- Run outreach sequences daily, staying within LinkedIn's limits and valuable practice
- Manage replies, book discovery calls and keep the CRM or tracker up to date
- Report weekly on connections, acceptance rate, replies and calls booked

LinkedIn Content

- Plan and maintain a content calendar for the founder's profile and the company page
- Write and edit posts, carousels and short articles from the founder's ideas, client lessons and "Growth Engine"
- Design simple visuals and carousels in the brand style
- Schedule posts, reply to comments and engage with target accounts
- Track reach, engagement and profile visits, and share what's working

YouTube Videos

- Turn topics into outlines and scripts with the founder
- Help with recording setup, including framing, lighting, audio and teleprompter notes




- Edit long-form videos with cuts, captions, b-roll, graphics and intros
- Create thumbnails and write titles, descriptions and tags
- Upload, publish and manage the channel, playlists and comments

Short-Form Reels
- Cut reels and shorts from long-form videos, calls and talks
- Add captions, hooks and on-brand text overlays
- Publish to LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels
- Test hooks and formats, and double down on what performs

What We're Looking For

- [1–3] years in digital marketing, social media or content, ideally B2B
- Hands-on LinkedIn experience with outreach, personal branding or company page growth
- Clear, concise writing in English that sounds human, not salesy
- Working video editing skills for long-form and vertical video
- Basic design skills for thumbnails, carousels and post graphics
- Organized and self-driven, comfortable owning a weekly plan
- A portfolio of LinkedIn posts, videos or reels you've created

Nice to Have

- Experience with B2B SaaS, startups, consulting or agencies
- Understanding of SaaS growth terms like activation, retention and churn
- Experience growing a YouTube channel or creating a post or reel that took off
- Familiarity with AI tools for scripting, captioning and editing

Tools You'll Use

- Outreach: LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, a CRM or tracker
- Content and design: Canva or Figma, a scheduling tool
- Video: Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or Descript
- Publishing: YouTube Studio, LinkedIn, Instagram
