We work at the intersection of architecture, light and human experience, collaborating with architects, interior designers and developers to create considered lighting solutions for diverse built environments.
We are looking for a Design Manager to join our team and lead lighting design projects from concept development through design documentation and execution coordination.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead lighting design development for hospitality, residential, commercial and public projects.
- Develop lighting concepts, design narratives, layouts, specifications and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants and project teams.
- Oversee design quality, project timelines and deliverables across multiple projects.
- Support site coordination, mock-ups, lighting trials and implementation.
- Quality and fact-check across multiple lighting BOQS.
- Contribute to design research,
material exploration and the development of project-specific lighting strategies.
- What We’re Looking For
- A degree in Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Electrical), Lighting Design or a related field.
- Relevant experience in architectural/electrical project management or site execution.
- Proficiency in drafting in softwares like AutoCAD, revit and lighting calculation software; knowledge of DIALux or Relux is preferred.
- Solid design sensibility, technical understanding and coordination skills.
- Advanced understanding of excel, word and BOQ softwares.
- The ability to work independently, manage teams and communicate effectively with project stakeholders.
