We are looking for a highly organized, execution-driven Delivery Manager who can take complete ownership of project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the expected quality.

The ideal candidate is someone who doesn't just track tasks but actively drives execution, resolves bottlenecks, and takes accountability for outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple technology and digital product projects.
- Plan project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with engineering, product, QA, DevOps, design, and business teams.
- Monitor daily progress and proactively identify delivery risks and dependencies.
- Conduct sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure timely releases while maintaining product quality and performance.
- Manage client communications, stakeholder expectations, and escalations.
- Track delivery KPIs, team productivity, sprint velocity, and project health.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement improvements.
- Maintain project documentation, delivery reports, and management dashboards.




- Ensure effective coordination between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Take ownership of delivery commitments and drive projects toward completion.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in IT project management, technical delivery, or software development environments.
- At least 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing software delivery.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
- Working knowledge of APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and modern web/mobile applications.
- Proficiency with Jira, Azure DevOps, ClickUp, Trello, or similar tools.
- Strong communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines, conflicting priorities, and escalations.
- Experience with resource planning, delivery reporting, and performance metrics.
- Solid sense of ownership and accountability.

Good to Have
- Previous experience in FinTech, SaaS, AdTech, or product-based companies.
- Experience coordinating teams working with AWS, microservices, APIs, and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and release management.
- Scrum Master, PMP, or Agile certifications.
- Experience working directly with founders or senior leadership.
