At Novi Survat Goa (NSG), we are committed to providing holistic palliative care, rehabilitation, and family support to children living with chronic and life-limiting illnesses

.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team and strengthen our Children’s Palliative Care Programme through data-driven insights, programme monitoring, and impact measurement

.

? Key Responsibilitie s

Collect, manage, and maintain accurate beneficiary and programme data

. Develop databases, monitoring dashboards, and data visualisations

. Analyse service utilisation, home visits, rehabilitation progress, patient outcomes, and family support indicators

. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management, CSR partners, and donors

. Track programme targets, KPIs, and project deliverables

. Support needs assessments, baseline studies, and impact assessments

. Identify trends, service gaps, and opportunities to improve programme effectiveness

. Ensure confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information relating to children and their families

.

? Who Can Apply

?





Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Public Health, Social Sciences, Health Informatics, or a related field

. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools

. Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau will be an advantage

. Solid analytical, organisational, and report-writing skills

.* Experience in healthcare, public health, research, monitoring and evaluation, or the development sector is preferred

.
