WE'RE HIRING: INTERNAL SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Location: Malad, Mumbai, Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full-time | On-site

Department: Internal Support

JOB DETAILS

Salary: ₹25,000–₹70,000 per month, based on experience and performance

Shift: Night shift

Working Days: 5 days per week

Weekly Offs: 2 rotational days off

Transport: Home pick-up and drop-off, subject to route eligibility

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

- Graduates: Freshers welcome.
- HSC (12th Pass): Freshers or candidates with at least 18 months of work experience.
- SSC (10th Pass): Candidates with a 3-year diploma or at least 1 year of work experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide internal support to various departments.
- Coordinate with teams to resolve operational issues.
- Respond to internal queries and support requests.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Follow up on pending requests and support smooth daily operations.
- Adhere to company policies and quality standards.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Good English communication and conversational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong coordination,



problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work night shifts and collaborate with teams.

EMPLOYMENT DOCUMENTS

Candidates with prior work experience must provide valid employment documents and relieving letters, wherever applicable.
