Job Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls and assist with account balances, order status and payment-related queries.
- Record customer complaints accurately and professionally.
- Resolve customer concerns with effective communication and problem-solving.
- Maintain accurate records while navigating multiple computer systems.
- Follow company procedures, compliance guidelines and quality standards.

- Eligibility & Skills

- Bachelor’s degree, diploma or equivalent experience.
- Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong active listening and customer service skills.
- Basic computer navigation and accurate typing skills.
- Ability to handle customer information responsibly.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including night shifts.
