Summary

Manage Integration Suite AMS recovery, stabilize production services and improve monitoring, incident, problem and release governance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead diagnostics across failed messages, recurring incidents, API errors, certificate expiry, connectivity, performance and operational controls.
- Use message logs, traces, API analytics, Cloud ALM and platform monitoring to drive root-cause analysis and permanent fixes.
- Establish service RAG, problem records, error-pattern analysis, knowledge articles and a measurable stabilization backlog.
- Improve retry, reprocessing, alerting, log controls, housekeeping, capacity, resilience and certificate or credential management.
- Assure vendor fixes, estimates, test evidence, deployments, documentation, knowledge transfer, SLAs and service transition.
- Lead incident governance, client reviews and cross-team recovery while protecting change, security and audit controls.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: SAP BTP Integration Suite, Cloud Integration, enterprise integration patterns, iFlow design, message mapping, security, monitoring, testing and SAP S/4HANA integration.
- Good to have Skills: API Management, Event Mesh or Advanced Event Mesh, Integration Advisor, Trading Partner Management, Open Connectors, Edge Integration Cell, SAP Cloud ALM and PI/PO migration.
- Experience with REST, SOAP, OData, IDoc, RFC, SFTP, HTTP, JMS, XML, JSON, CSV, XSLT, Groovy scripting, certificates, OAuth 2.0 and mTLS.
- Experience with reusable integration standards, version control,



transport or CI/CD, non-functional testing, operational monitoring, incident management and audit evidence.
- Demonstrated experience in distressed integration diagnostics, stabilization, turnaround planning, remediation governance and recovery execution, with evidence of improving interface reliability, defect containment, operational stability, cutover readiness or stakeholder confidence.

AI and Digital Expectations

- Use SAP Generative AI, Joule, Microsoft Copilot and other approved AI tools to analyse integration designs, mappings, scripts, logs, defects, test evidence, RAID records and operational data identify patterns, dependencies, inconsistencies and anomalies.
- Apply human validation, confidentiality, security, bias awareness, traceability and compliance with client and organisational policies to all AI-assisted outputs.

Leadership and Stakeholder Competencies

- Communicate evidence-based integration findings clearly and collaborate across business, functional, architecture, security, application, testing, operations, SI and third-party teams.
- Coach team members, own outcomes appropriate to the level, and escalate material delivery or production risks with evidence and recommended actions.

Desirable Experience

- Relevant SAP certification or training in SAP Integration Suite, Integration Developer, BTP administration, API management, event-driven architecture or related technologies.
- Exposure to Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, HR, procurement or customer-process integrations and regulated or audit-sensitive environments.

- Typically 10-14 years of relevant SAP,
