As a Credit Analyst at Digitide Solutions Limited, you will play a crucial role in our CLM Domestic BFSI | Manpower - Back office department. Your primary responsibility will be to assess and analyze credit applications, ensuring compliance with our lending policies and procedures. You will work closely with our customers, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the credit assessment process.

Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough credit assessments and evaluations of loan applications.
- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data to determine creditworthiness.
- Review and verify customer information, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Calculate and assess credit risk, considering various factors such as income, assets, and debt obligations.
- Prepare comprehensive credit reports and recommendations for approval or rejection.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of credit assessments.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in credit analysis.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient credit assessment process.




- Provide timely and accurate feedback to customers regarding their credit applications.
- Assist in developing and implementing credit policies and procedures to enhance our lending practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret financial data.
- Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work.
- Proficiency in using financial analysis tools and software.
- Good knowledge of lending policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Solid problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
