Digitide Solutions Limited is seeking a detail‑oriented CPA Executive to join our CLM Domestic BFSI – Manpower Back Office department. The role combines financial stewardship with frontline client interaction, ensuring accurate reporting, risk mitigation, and high‑quality service delivery to our banking and financial services customers.

Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and file statutory financial statements and regulatory reports for BFSI clients.
- Conduct variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with RBI, SEBI, and other financial regulations applicable to domestic BFSI operations.
- Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries related to financial statements, tax filings, and audit findings.
- Resolve client issues promptly, coordinating with internal teams to maintain satisfaction and trust.
- Oversee day‑to‑day back‑office accounting functions, including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and cash management.
- Collaborate with audit teams to facilitate internal and external audits, providing required documentation and explanations.




- Implement process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports for senior leadership.
- Mentor junior accountants and provide training on best practices and regulatory updates.

Qualifications

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or CPA certification with 5+ years of experience in BFSI back‑office finance.
- Robust knowledge of Indian banking regulations, RBI guidelines, and tax laws.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and numerical skills.
- Effective communication skills for client interaction and issue resolution.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience with audit coordination and regulatory reporting.
- Detail‑oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
- Leadership experience in supervising junior finance staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
