Role Description The Corporate Relations Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for strengthening and expanding Simandhar Education’s corporate partnerships and placement networks. This role involves identifying and nurturing relationships with employers, including Big 4 firms, multinational companies, and domestic corporates, to create internship, placement, and collaboration opportunities for students.

The Corporate Relations

Manager will coordinate corporate events, recruitment drives, and industry interactions, while working closely with academic and placement teams to align programs with employer needs.



Day-to-day activities include conducting outreach and meetings with corporate stakeholders, maintaining relationship management records, negotiating partnership terms, and tracking outcomes from corporate tie-ups. The role also includes representing Simandhar at external forums, gathering market insights on finance and AI-related roles, and contributing to strategies that enhance student employability and corporate satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong Corporate Relations and Business Relationship Management skills to build, manage, and grow partnerships with employers and industry bodies.
- Excellent Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement, with the ability to interact confidently with senior corporate leaders.
- Foundational understanding of Finance and modern finance roles, preferably within CPA, CMA, ACCA, EA, or related domains.
- Sales and business development skills to identify opportunities, pitch collaboration models, and convert prospects into long-term corporate tie-ups.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Prior experience in corporate relations, campus recruitment, B2B partnerships, or edtech/education sector preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outcome-focused environment, with strong planning, organizational, and follow-through skills.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, data reporting, and digital communication platforms to manage relationships and track placement metrics.
