WE ARE HIRING | SITE SUPERVISOR – CIVIL & INTERIORS

Crest Architects | Bengaluru

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee civil construction and interior execution across multiple residential projects. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, site management skills and the ability to coordinate independently with contractors, vendors and the design team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct daily site visits across 3–4 ongoing projects to monitor execution and progress.
- Supervise civil works, including RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring and finishing.
- Oversee interior works, including carpentry, false ceilings, stonework, painting, fixtures and installations.
- Ensure all works are executed as per approved architectural, structural, MEP and interior drawings.
- Monitor workmanship, material quality, finishing standards and adherence to project timelines.
- Coordinate with civil contractors, interior contractors, vendors and consultants to ensure smooth execution.
- Verify site measurements, material specifications and completed work quantities.
- Identify execution errors, drawing discrepancies and site challenges, and coordinate with the architects for timely resolution.
- Track project schedules,

- Maintain daily site reports, photographic documentation and regular progress updates.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field.
- 3–6 years of experience in both civil construction and interior site supervision.
- Strong understanding of residential construction, interior detailing, materials and finishing techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, MEP and interior working drawings.
- Experience handling multiple residential projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, coordination, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and maintain high standards of execution.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence for daily travel between project sites across Bengaluru.
