About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of real estate development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project completion, budget adherence, quality control, and compliance with applicable construction standards, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, vendor management capabilities, and the ability to coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, architects, engineers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning & • Execution:

Develop project plans, execution strategies, construction schedules, and milestone-based delivery timelines.
- Site Management: Oversee day-to-day construction activities, monitor site progress, and ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Budget & • Cost Control:

Monitor project expenditure, manage construction budgets, evaluate cost variations, and implement measures to prevent cost overruns.
- Contractor & • Vendor Management:





Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, architects, consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure construction quality, workmanship, and materials comply with approved specifications, engineering standards, and applicable codes.
- Project Monitoring & • Reporting:

Track progress against planned milestones, prepare periodic progress reports, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
- Safety & • Compliance:

Ensure adherence to site safety protocols, labour regulations, environmental requirements, and applicable statutory approvals.
- Resource Management: Plan and allocate manpower, machinery, materials, and other resources to maintain construction efficiency.
- Technical Coordination: Review drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and work orders; coordinate with design teams to resolve site-level discrepancies.
- Risk & • Issue Management:

Identify potential project risks, delays, and execution challenges and develop effective mitigation strategies.
- Billing & • Documentation:

Review contractor bills, measurement sheets, work completion records, and project documentation in coordination with the quantity surveying and accounts teams.
- Handover & • Closure:

Ensure snag resolution, completion of finishing works, testing and commissioning, documentation,



and timely handover of completed projects.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. A postgraduate qualification in project management is an advantage.
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in construction project management, preferably with a real estate developer or construction company.
- Demonstrated experience in managing residential, commercial, or mixed-use real estate projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, structural and finishing works, BOQs, estimation, billing, and project scheduling.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent project management tools.
- Familiarity with applicable building codes, labour and safety regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.
