Title: CR technical support, NPD (Service) & Diagnostics tool development

Purpose of the Role:

To support field team for CR engines, and field performance of Common Rail CR engines. Common rail diagnostic tool development, troubleshooting and field care of new products.

Key Responsibilities

- Should have experience & knowledge in CR engine and systems.
- Support for CRDI engines troubleshooting in domestic and international market.
- Attend field complaints based on requirements
- SPOC for New Part Development (Service)
- Co-ordinate Recent product training to OEM’s,
- Co-ordinate training manuals
- Monitoring infant care program.
- Fit to service with customer for new engine variants.
- SLA document sign-off with customer
- Development of diagnostic tool and validation for CRDI engines.
- Maintain historical records of Common Rail system data related to field complaints and develop a structured technical knowledge library.
- Should have experience in Excel and PowerPoint presentation preparation.
- Prepare and submit management presentations and timely technical data and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with annual surveillance/internal audits and close all non-conformities (NCs) within the defined timelines.
