Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Civil Engineer at VISTA RENEWABLE PVT. LTD.

The Civil

Engineer will support the design and implementation of civil works for solar energy projects, including site layout, foundations, drainage, and access infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing engineering drawings and calculations, contributing to project planning, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with technical standards and local regulations. The role involves performing site assessments (virtual and/or in-person as required), analyzing stormwater management needs, and providing technical input throughout the project lifecycle from feasibility through commissioning.

The Civil

Engineer will also assist in preparing technical documentation, reports,



and proposals to support project approvals and client communication.

Qualifications

- Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design skills, with the ability to apply core engineering principles to solar and renewable energy projects.
- Experience working as Civil Engineers on infrastructure projects, preferably in industrial, commercial, or energy-related environments.
- Planning skills for site development, layouts, and project scheduling, including coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and drainage design, including familiarity with relevant codes, standards, and best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Proficiency with CAD and civil design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar) and strong skills in technical drawing and documentation.
- Understanding of structural foundations, soil mechanics, and basic geotechnical principles relevant to solar installations.
- Ability to interpret engineering standards, local regulations, and safety requirements for construction and renewable energy projects.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with attention to detail and quality in engineering deliverables.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a remote, cross-functional team environment.
- Prior experience in solar or renewable energy projects is an advantage.
