Role Description The Certified Instructor role is a full-time remote position focused on delivering high-quality training programs for ANR Business Consulting’s clients and internal teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and facilitating virtual training sessions, developing and updating course materials, and adapting content to different learning styles and business functions.

The Certified

Instructor will assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate training records and reports. This role collaborates closely with service delivery, HR,



and operations teams to ensure training aligns with organizational standards, client expectations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in training, facilitation, and curriculum development, preferably in business services or consulting environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences in virtual settings.
- Ability to design and adapt training materials using modern e-learning tools and collaboration platforms.
- Experience in assessing learner performance, providing feedback, and maintaining clear training documentation.
- Proficient in using digital tools and remote collaboration technologies; comfortable working in a fully remote, quick-paced environment.
- Relevant training or teaching certification is strongly preferred; a degree in Education, Business, HR, or a related field is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple training programs and deadlines.
- Experience in corporate training for areas such as recruitment support, virtual assistants, accounting, digital marketing, or IT services is a plus.
