About the Role: MediaX is looking for a Business Head to drive business development and growth in a quick-paced, growing marketing agency. We’re looking for someone with strong agency experience, excellent client-facing skills, and the ability to identify opportunities, lead pitches, develop proposals, and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and industry connections.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients across relevant industries.
- Lead client meetings to understand business objectives, marketing requirements, and growth opportunities.
- Drive the end-to-end pitch process, including outreach, presentations, proposal development, commercials, negotiations, and closure.
- Develop compelling pitches and integrated marketing proposals in collaboration with internal teams.
- Present marketing strategies and solutions confidently to prospective clients and senior decision-makers.
- Build and nurture client relationships to drive long-term partnerships and account growth.




- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell the agency’s services.
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, performance marketing, and account management teams to develop effective client solutions.
- Track business development pipelines, pitch conversions, and revenue opportunities.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in an integrated communications, advertising, or marketing agency.
- Strong experience in business development, client servicing, pitching, and proposal development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Understanding of integrated marketing services, including digital marketing, performance marketing, creative, content, and brand communication.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into strategic, commercially viable proposals.
- Strong ownership, commercial acumen, and the ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
