Role Description The Business Development Trainee will support the growth of StartinBharat by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and nurturing relationships with startups and MSMEs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, reaching out to prospects via calls, emails, and meetings, explaining services and solutions, and assisting in preparing proposals and presentations. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, tracking client interactions in CRM tools, and providing basic customer service support.





This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, requiring regular collaboration with the sales and operations teams to meet business development targets.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain services clearly and build rapport with clients.
- Analytical skills and market research capabilities to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
- Lead generation and customer service skills to identify prospects, follow up effectively, and support client inquiries professionally.
- Basic understanding of business, startups, or compliance services; familiarity with CRM or sales tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field (final-year students or recent graduates may be considered).
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage time efficiently, and adapt in a fast-paced, growth-oriented workplace.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; additional local language skills are beneficial.
