Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate leads through calls, networking, and other business development activities.
- Promote Zoople Technologies' courses and services to prospective students and clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and clients.
- Achieve business development targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Follow up with leads, manage admissions, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Coordinate with the marketing, sales, and academic teams to improve business performance.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, and business development activities.
