Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including partnerships with colleges, training institutes, and corporate clients. Daily activities include generating and qualifying leads, meeting prospective clients, presenting Tascbusinesslearning’s programs, and negotiating agreements to drive enrollment growth.

Manager will collaborate with academic and marketing teams to develop promotional strategies, monitor market trends,



and refine offerings based on client feedback. The role also involves maintaining long-term client relationships, reporting on sales performance, and representing the organization at events, seminars, and campus activities.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze data, and identify growth opportunities.
- Proficient communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
- Experience in education, training, or EdTech sectors is preferred.
- Comfort working in an on-site workplace in Kozhikode and traveling locally for client meetings and events.
- Digital literacy, including use of CRM tools, productivity software, and online communication platforms.
