Role Description The Business Development Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This role focuses on identifying and developing new business opportunities, including local partnerships, corporate orders, and expansion channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting The Burgery In’s offerings to potential customers and partners.

The Business Development

Executive will track sales performance, prepare regular reports, support promotional campaigns,



and collaborate closely with operations and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and brand visibility. The role also involves visiting nearby markets, understanding customer preferences, and providing feedback to enhance products and services.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in business development, sales, and relationship management to identify opportunities and convert leads.
- Ability to conduct market research, analyze local trends, and prepare business and performance reports.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in presenting offerings to partners and customers.
- Basic understanding of marketing and branding, with interest in supporting local promotions and campaigns.
- Prior experience in F&B;, retail, or hospitality business development is an advantage.
- Comfort with on-site fieldwork in and around Kunnathur, including regular visits to outlets and partner locations.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
