About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience who want to build a career in sales, marketing, and business development in the technology industry.

During the three-month paid internship, you will gain practical experience in lead generation, client communication, sales outreach, meeting scheduling, and converting potential clients into paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Google, business directories, social media, and other online channels.
- Identify businesses that need website development, mobile applications, CRM systems, or custom software solutions.
- Reach out to potential clients through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and other professional communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and communicate our services effectively.
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate product demonstrations.
- Follow up with prospects and support the conversion of leads into paying clients.
- Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up schedules, and sales pipeline updates.




- Coordinate with the founder and development team to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Research target industries, competitors, and new business opportunities.
- Work toward agreed lead generation, meeting, and client acquisition targets.

Requirements
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency or working knowledge of Tamil and Hindi.
- Interest in sales, marketing, technology, and client acquisition.
- Willingness to learn cold calling, negotiation, and sales conversion techniques.
- Basic knowledge of computers, email, Google Sheets, and online communication tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Internship and Salary
- First 3 months: Paid internship with a stipend of ₹10,000 per month.
- After the internship: Opportunity for full-time employment with a salary of ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on performance, skills, and suitability.
- Full-time employment is subject to successful completion of the internship and the company's evaluation.
- Practical training and guidance will be provided throughout the internship.
