Position Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support lead generation, client outreach, sales coordination, and marketing activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic technical knowledge, and the ability to connect with customers through cold calls, cold emails, meetings, corporate events, and social media platforms.

This role is open to candidates with 1–3 years of experience in marketing or business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, cold emailing, networking, and online research.
- Connect with potential customers, introduce company services, and schedule meetings.
- Maintain customer relationships and follow up on business opportunities.
- Support sales presentations, proposals, and client communications.
- Assist with social media marketing and basic promotional activities.
- Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM.




- Knowledge on CRM tools and leads & deal lifecycle.

Required Skill

- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic technical knowledge and willingness to learn about IT services.
- Ability to do cold calls, cold emails, and customer meetings.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and interest in sales and marketing.

Qualification

- B.Tech graduates interested in sales or MBA graduates specialized in Sales & Marketing may apply.
- Candidates with marketing, sales, or business development exposure will be preferred.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, lead generation, or business development is preferred.
