Additionally, the role includes developing compelling business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of key projects to ensure successful outcomes and sustained improvements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.




- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate business requirements.
- Assist junior team members by providing mentorship and support in understanding business architecture concepts.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative approaches for business transformation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- Solid analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Experience in translating complex business requirements into clear, actionable technology solutions.
- Ability to develop and document business cases that justify investments and project initiatives.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Familiarity with operating model design and business transformation frameworks.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations Functional.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
